A Message from the Executive Director

As the premier Latinx leadership organization in Sonoma County dedicated to fostering dialogue and action, we recognize that transformation begins with courageous, difficult, and honest conversations.

At Los Cien, we convene an array of diverse stakeholders, providing a platform for authentic and empathetic dialogue on the systemic inequities entrenched in our society. We face the uncomfortable truths of our past and present, acknowledging the pervasive influence of white supremacy culture. Through honest, transparent discussions, we pave the way for healing, repair, and a deeper sense of community.

Central to our mission are our signature programs, including monthly luncheons and annual events focused on equity and dismantling the structures of oppression. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we remained steadfast in our commitment, transitioning seamlessly to virtual platforms to ensure continuity in our work. Since August 2022, we have hosted eighteen impactful programs and events, each drawing diverse audiences of 200 to 600 individuals.

From our Puente Y Ganas Awards Dinner to the State of the Latino Community Address, our gatherings serve as rallying points for change-makers, advocates, and allies. With sold-out events and widespread community engagement, our reach extends across Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Petaluma, addressing pressing issues such as farmworker safety, anti-Blackness, law enforcement equity, and environmental justice.

Join us in our journey towards a more just and inclusive society. We know the power of collaboration and that we can bridge divides, uplift marginalized voices, and create a future where every individual experiences a profound sense of belonging and opportunity.
