Herman G. Hernández he/him/el

707-860-9080Herman G. Hernández is a public servant and community advocate committed to advancing equity, representation, and belonging across Sonoma County. Grounded in respect, service, diversity, discipline, and positivity, he builds bridges across communities and fosters inclusive leadership.
As Executive Director of Los Cien Sonoma County, Herman leads efforts to elevate Latino voices and create space for honest dialogue about the region’s most pressing issues. Under his leadership, Los Cien launched the BRIDGE Program (Building Representation, Inclusion, Diversity, and Governance Excellence), which prepares Latinx and underrepresented leaders to serve on nonprofit boards and public commissions.
In addition to his professional work, Herman is an elected Trustee on the Sonoma County Board of Education and currently serves as the Board President of the Sonoma County Family YMCA.
A first-generation college graduate, Herman has been honored with several awards for his leadership and service, but remains most proud of helping build stronger, more inclusive communities. He finds joy in mentoring others and spending time with his wife Ariana, daughter Nina Gabriela, and dog Moose – often outdoors, enjoying the beauty of Sonoma County.

Jessica Martinez Reyes she/her/ella

jessica@loscien.orgJessica Martinez Reyes was born and raised in Santa Rosa and proudly carries her roots from Michoacán, Mexico. She is currently a student at Sonoma State University pursuing a degree in Business Administration with double concentrations in Management and Financial Management.
Jessica has been part of the Los Cien team for nearly two years. She first joined the organization as an Internal Operations Intern and, within a few months, was promoted to Office Coordinator. In her role, she supports Los Cien’s financial department, manages the Access Ticket Program, oversees membership operations, and leads vendor booth outreach and coordination. Her work helps ensure the organization’s internal operations run smoothly while strengthening relationships with community partners.
Outside of work and school, Jessica values spending quality time with her boyfriend and family. She enjoys dancing, listening to music, discovering new activities that create lasting memories, and watching mystery shows.

Kelsei Jimenez she/her/ella

707-860-9080Kelsei Jimenez is a Latina communications student and lifelong Sonoma County resident with a deep commitment to equity, community, and Latine leadership. Currently pursuing her Associate Degree in Communications at Santa Rosa Junior College, Kelsei brings years of experience across customer service, program support, and community engagement — all grounded in a people-first approach.
Alongside her professional work, Kelsei has been actively involved in civic and youth leadership through the Youth Voices Program at the Hanna Institute and DALE!, where she worked alongside community advocates focused on representation and equity.
Kelsei is currently a Special Projects Associate with Los Cien Sonoma County, where she supports programs such as BRIDGE and Charlas — initiatives dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders in the Latine community. She is known for her initiative, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people and communities she serves.

Magali Telles she/her/ella

707-860-9080Magali Telles was born in Michoacán, Mexico but raised in Fresno, California. She was the first in her family to attend a four-year university and received her bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University in Sociology and continued her love of learning with the completion of her Master’s degree in Education also from her Alma Mater.
For close to 18 years she assisted students and their families, connecting them to resources in the college readiness and admissions process on a local and statewide level. Holding a special focus on Latino families by providing them with culturally relevant resources and academic guidance.
Magali is passionate about creating a more equitable playing field for all who call Sonoma County home and believes this can be achieved through our youth and families.

Quetzali Topete she/her/ella

(707)860-9080Quetzali was born and raised in Santa Rosa, where she developed a passion for digital media at a young age, creating videos and exploring storytelling long before she imagined it could become a career. What began as a hobby eventually evolved into a meaningful part of her work by building a strong foundation in digital storytelling, visual media, and communications. She’s excited to bring these skills into her role as a Communications Coordinator!
She is a graduate of San José State University, where she earned her B.A. in Global Studies with a minor in Political Science, focusing on environmental justice, equity, and community-centered systems.
