Mission
Los Cien advances belonging, trust and equity by engaging with our community, facilitating honest dialogue, and elevating Latinx pride and power in Sonoma County.

Who We Are
As the premier Latinx leadership organization in Sonoma County dedicated to fostering dialogue and action, we recognize that transformation begins with courageous, difficult, and honest conversations.
Membership
We cannot do what we do without our valued members. Their support fuels our efforts to build bridges in our community and present important topics that allow us to continue to elevate and empower our Latinx community.
Programs & Events
We host three annual signature events: Puente Y Ganas Awards Dinner; the State of the Latinx Community Address; and Dia de Los Cien; and six to ten programs per year that vary in topics but all are focused on DEIB.
