| 2018 was an exciting year for Latino political leaders locally, regionally, around the state and throughout the nation. This February we will be joined by nationally recognized political strategist, Mike Madrid, to help us explore the trends, impacts, and future of the Latinx vote in the USA.
After Mike shares his data and analysis with us, we will be joined by a panel of local leaders, including Councilwoman Esther Lemus, Councilwoman Marta Cruz, Student Leader Jacquelyn Torrez, and Santa Rosa School Board member Omar Medina, moderated by SCOE Board Trustee Herman G. Hernandez.
These emerging political leaders will discuss the challenges, opportunities, keys to their political success, and plans for making an impact in office.
