Patrick (Pat) McDonell is the Supervising Attorney for the Housing Team at Legal Aid of Sonoma County, focusing on defending the housing rights of low-income residents. A Sonoma County native, Pat grew up in Sebastopol and Monte Rio.

After graduating from Santa Clara University, Pat spent two years in volunteer programs, first in Baltimore, MD, and later in Chulucanas, Peru. He obtained his JD from the University of Michigan Law School before returning home to Sonoma County. Pat is proud to work with Los Cien and promote greater power and visibility of Sonoma County’s Latino community.

Pat chaired Los Cien’s Program Committee for three years and currently serves on the Strategic Alignment and Board Recruitment Committees. Pat enjoys pick-up basketball, watching scary movies, and exploring new places on foot.
