Noelia Mora is a dedicated youth advocate and emerging community leader committed to strengthening opportunities for Latino youth and families in Sonoma County. As part of Los Cien Sonoma County, she primarily manages membership engagement and relationships, helping build strong connections between members, community partners, and organizational initiatives. Through her communication, organization, and outreach efforts, Noelia plays an important role in fostering a more connected and engaged network that supports Los Cien’s mission and impact throughout the community.

In addition to her membership work, Noelia supports Los Cien’s BRIDGE Program by assisting with coordination during classes and helping create a welcoming and organized learning environment for participants. She has also contributed to youth leadership initiatives, outreach events, and community engagement efforts that expand access to resources and opportunities for Latino families. Noelia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Sacramento State and brings a strong passion for service, leadership, and community empowerment.
