Kerry Fugett holds a deep commitment to reimagining culture, policies, and systems to create communities of belonging where all life can heal and thrive. She is enjoying the work to reconnect with her Irish/Scottish ancestral roots while following her passion for racial equity and climate justice.

She earned a BS in Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego, laying strong systems thinking foundation for her problem-solving and strategic design approach. Her passion for learning has taken her on a path ranging from environmental research to Salesforce consulting to policy advocacy.

As Executive Director of Sonoma County Conservation Action, she engaged in electoral organizing and environmental policy campaigns. During her time at Daily Acts, she co-designed and facilitated leadership training through the Leadership Institute for Just and Resilient Communities.

She has recently joined Equity First Consulting and is excited to focus on DEIB work. She is honored to sit on the Board of Los Cien Sonoma County and to be an appointee to the Climate Action Advisory Committee for the Regional Climate Protection Authority. Her core values are courage, compassion, and curiosity.
