Kelsei Jimenez is a Latina communications student and lifelong Sonoma County resident with a deep commitment to equity, community, and Latine leadership. Currently pursuing her Associate Degree in Communications at Santa Rosa Junior College, Kelsei brings years of experience across customer service, program support, and community engagement — all grounded in a people-first approach.

Alongside her professional work, Kelsei has been actively involved in civic and youth leadership through the Youth Voices Program at the Hanna Institute and DALE!, where she worked alongside community advocates focused on representation and equity.

Kelsei is currently a Special Projects Associate with Los Cien Sonoma County, where she supports programs such as BRIDGE and Charlas — initiatives dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders in the Latine community. She is known for her initiative, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people and communities she serves.
