He is the proud Executive Director for Los Cien Sonoma County, a local Latino-led organization focused on engaging, educating, and elevating our Latinx community. He is the President of the Sonoma County Board of Education, a Board Member of the Made in Santa Rosa Foundation, and a Board Member of the Sonoma County Family YMCA.

An award-winning leader and champion of equity, he is the recipient of numerous awards. Herman G. enjoys spending time with family and friends, wife Ariana, and dog Moose, reading books, running, biking all over beautiful Sonoma County, and golfing.
