Andrea Rodriguez is a seasoned public affairs leader with a career spanning local, state, and federal service from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C. Currently, she serves as the Communications Manager for Sonoma Water, where she leads strategic community engagement initiatives.

Andrea’s extensive background includes serving as the Director of Government and Community Relations at Sonoma State University and as a Field Representative for U.S. Representative Mike Thompson. A dedicated advocate for her community, she chairs the City of Santa Rosa Community Advisory Board (representing District 1) and has held leadership roles with the Santa Rosa Metro and Rohnert Park Chambers of Commerce.

She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Whittier College and an M.A. in Organization Development from Sonoma State University. Andrea lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and two sons, where she remains an active volunteer in local schools.
